We believe that integrity and honesty are foundational to building trusted client relationships. With that in mind, our objective is to give our clients professional, sustainable and valued advice that contributes to a positive and progressive organizational culture.

Company

Francis Consulting has operated in Canada's National Capital Region since 1996. Over 60 individual projects later, it would be fair to say we've covered a wide spectrum of management domains and travelled from coast to coast to coast in this pursuit. Many assignments have been in association with senior contractors through sub-contracting arrangements or directly through sole-sourced opportunities. 

Principal consultant

Arnie Francis is the owner and principal consultant at Francis Consulting, an independent Canadian business.  Arnie has almost 30 years of experience in management and consulting, with a governance level perspective from two decades of management auditing in the federal public service.

Arnie brings his consulting experience to assist clients in strengthening management frameworks. He offers a skill-set geared to delivering results not just providing expertise. He expresses a strong community commitment through volunteerism in professional, service and civic areas.
 

Connecting with us

We are registered on PWGSC's Professional Services Online (PS-Online) and can be sourced through the supplier database. Occasionally Arnie works with select THS providers for specific temporary assignments.  Also clients may connect via LinkedIn.
